Location: Malta (Hybrid)
Required Languages: Danish German Italian or Norwegian.
Salary: Competitive Performance Bonus

About the Role:
We are looking for multilingual Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Malta! If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping others this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone email or chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries troubleshooting and solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain highquality service standards.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer experience.
What We Are Looking For:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) Any of the required languages.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Customeroriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Availability to work onsite in Lisbon.
