Job Title: Healthcare Appointment Coordinator
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a fastgrowing healthcare company dedicated to making sleep apnea testing more accessible through athome diagnostic solutions and a network of partner clinics. Their mission is to help patients take the first step toward better sleep health through compassionate guidance and patient education.

Position Overview:

The Healthcare Appointment Coordinator will play a crucial role in helping patients navigate their journey to diagnosis and treatment. This position requires a strong phone presence empathy and persistence to educate and assist potential patients in scheduling appointments. Ideal candidates will have a background in healthcare customer service or patient coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage inbound leads via phone text and email to educate qualify and book appointments
  • Follow up persistently but consultatively ensuring patients make informed decisions without pressure
  • Maintain a clean pipeline of leads ensuring timely followups and accurate recordkeeping
  • Track performance metrics and provide daily/weekly reports
  • Support partner clinics with administrative tasks as needed


Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills ideally indistinguishable from a North American healthcare admin
  • Experience in healthcare (call center nursing or patient coordination preferred)
  • Comfortable with highvolume outreach and multiple followups
  • Empathyfirst mindset with a resultsoriented approach to appointment setting
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a missiondriven team


NicetoHaves:

  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel AirCall AirTable G Suite and CRMs
  • Previous experience in a frontoffice support role or as a healthcare provider looking to transition into an administrative role
  • French is a plus
