The Role
As a Marketing Coordinator you will support gotomarket strategies and collaborate across departments to align marketing efforts with business goals. This position offers exposure to both paid and organic campaigns emphasizing creativity and datadriven decisionmaking. Reporting to the Director of Marketing this hybrid role is based in Etobicoke ON.
Responsibilities
- Execute paid and organic campaigns to drive traffic to retail locations.
- Collaborate on store launches instore promotions and product rollouts.
- Conduct keyword research to enhance SEO and optimize owned media.
- Manage customer retention initiatives across regions.
- Audit Google listings to improve accuracy and boost local SEO.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for seamless marketing execution.
- Ensure clear and timely communication of marketing activities to relevant teams.
Requirements
- 3 years of marketing experience.
- Strong project management skills particularly in marketing or advertising.
- Excellent written and oral communication; bilingual (English/French) is a plus.
- Teamoriented with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Solid understanding of Local SEO strategies and best practices.
- Creative problemsolver with a knack for process improvement.
Preferred Assets
- Knowledge of HTML and graphic design.
- Experience in retail or instore marketing.
