What youd be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think thats all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things youll be working on when you start but this will likely evolve.

Canva is seeking a customerfocused Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing team in Manila. As an Inbound Sales Representative you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers who have expressed interest in Canvas products and services. You will leverage your sales expertise to understand their needs demonstrate the value of Canvas solutions and guide them through the purchasing process.

At the moment this role is focused on:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone email and chat from potential customers interested in Canvas products and services.
  • Build rapport with prospects by actively listening to their needs understanding their design challenges and providing tailored solutions.
  • Educate customers on the features benefits and value propositions of Canvas subscription plans and premium offerings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Canvas capabilities and help prospects envision how our platform can meet their design needs.
  • Provide accurate pricing information negotiate terms and close sales transactions to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions sales activities and pipeline management using a CRM software.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Marketing Customer Success and Product Development to continuously improve sales processes and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor offerings and market dynamics to effectively position Canvas products in the marketplace.

Youre probably a match if:

  • You have a proven track record of success in inbound sales ideally within a technology SaaS or digital marketing environment.
  • You excel in communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively with strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build meaningful relationships across diverse customer segments.
  • You are selfmotivated and resultsdriven always striving to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • You are techsavvy with proficiency in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools Gong Outreach and Linkedin Navigator
  • You thrive in fastpaced highpressure environments demonstrating adaptability and resilience in every challenge. Fluency in English is essential and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • You are also open to working a flexible shifting schedule based on business needs.

 

About the team

 

The Inside Sales team at Canva plays a key role in engaging potential business customers to drive sales and expand Canvas presence within organizations. Their responsibilities include assessing and qualifying leads engaging with prospects through various channels and managing the sales process from initial contact to deal closure. They collaborate with teams such as Sales Enablement Legal and Customer Success and assist customers with special requirements. Overall the team is vital in converting leads into paying customers and ensuring a smooth and seamless sales experience.
