JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Support Officer leads engagement to create opportunities for conversion of the Sales Account Management team to present the Salary Loan Program to the companies key decisionmakers.
S/he provides support to help in Account Management Teams effectiveness and efficiency in their implementation of their sales activities (including among others onsite caravans and participation in job fairs).
JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Maintaining engagement cycles for all the leads in the prospective company client database from the first contact of the Account Management team.
- Engagement cycles consist of call SMS and email communication
- Aid in leads generation continuously finding ways to help augment the prospective company clients listonline research for potential companies for email SMS and callouts
- Monitor the status and progress of all the leads in the prospective company client database and making sure that the company representative names and contact details are updated
- Scheduling of Salary Loan product presentations with the appropriate company contact persons or representatives converting the leads from call / SMS / email communication into an actual product presentation
- Maintain and update the company onboarding monitoring:
- Tracking of dates of completion per onboarding stage (e.g. from submission of accreditation requirements memorandum of agreement (MOA) review and signoff all the way to HR and employee training
- Ensures quality in the communication and coordination and builds rapport with potential company client counterpart contacts to help drive advocacy for the product (to move at least to the product presentation step)
- Organize and monitor sales activity calendars making sure that sales activities are properly planned documented and executed on time by the Account Management (Sales) Team
Key Performance Indicators:
- Convert prospective company client leads into business opportunity meetings (product presentations) from the leads database of the Account Management Team
- New prospective company clients qualified and added into the leads database
- Completion of call SMS and email engagement cycles from the first contact of the Account Officer
- Status tracking and monitoring of all leads included in the prospective client leads database
Activities
- Completion of the prospective client leads database generated by the Account Management team from their sales activities (including but not limited to sales calls to professional organization or associations caravan activities job fairs).
- Company representatives (HR Directors Managers) and their contact information (Email mobile phone landline)
- Research on the companys number of employees
- Maintains counterpart coordination or communication to ensure the submission of the accreditation requirements by the designated company representatives is complete.
- Ensures that upon the submission of the accreditation requirements the memorandum of agreement (MOA) is provided to the onboarding companies representative are complete.
- Updating of the company onboarding monitoring sheet making sure that the dates and movements per company onboarding stage are reflected correctly and accurately with followthrough for the next step (until there the first salary loan application from the company).
- Continuously finds and recommends ways to structure and (re)organize prospective company client lead database and other internal monitoring lists for better efficiency and effectiveness in reporting status tracking and conversion.
- Consolidate and organize the sales activity calendars of the Account Management (Sales) Team to ensure preparation activities are properly planned and documented and implemented ontime and onschedule.
- From time to time join in the sales onground execution activities to provide support to the Account Management team (Account Officers) during sales caravans and attended job fairs.
