Responsibilities:
- Lead the smooth and qualityassured transition of application features from development to production environments
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of business application service operations
- Lead the development of the Operations Enablement service catalogue to further improve service delivery
- Run/Lead small to midsized projects related to operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the technology and/or financial industry
- Proficient in relational databases (SQL Server/PostgresDB) using SQL
- Proven experience with incident and problem management
- Experience in programming languages such as Java and/or Python
- Experience in cloud services such as AWS (certification is a plus)
- Knowledge Snowflake is a plus
- Knowledge in Business Intelligence tools (Qlik) is a plus
- Proficiency with collaboration and project tools like Jira and Confluence; background in ServiceNow is a big plus
- Good understanding or have gained experience on at least one common Enterprise Agile Framework e.g. Kanban SAFe SCRUM etc. (certification is a plus)
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to see the big picture understand how the details contribute to that and think through the causeandeffect relationships that can create change
- Proven ability to balance and prioritize multiple operations/projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Accurate effective and independent working style
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and confidently interact with business users
- Knowledge about private markets would be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
