A thrilling new opportunity for an Executive Manager Commercial (Pricing) has become available in the National Buying department of ALDI Stores based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent fulltime role.
As an Executive Manager Commercial (Pricing) you will lead the of ALDIs overall pricing strategy by developing advanced pricing capabilities and influencing the business to maintain its price leadership position in the market.
What does the role look like
- Lead and enhance ALDIs price operations ensuring alignment with business strategy through collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive pricing efficiencies.
- Develop and implement pricing frameworks and processes to optimise commercial outcomes to support ALDIs overall long term goals.
- Analyse market trends and internal data to inform pricing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with pricing policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Provide leadership coaching and development for the team to drive performance and continuous improvement.
- Support the integration of pricing technology and analytics tools to improve decisionmaking and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications :

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $159 000 $208 000 including Superannuation.
