A new opportunity for Pricing Office Assistant has become available in the Commercial department of ALDI Stores based in Minchinbury. This is a 12month fixed term contact position.
As a Buying Office Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the relevant Buying team. The successful candidate will have administrative experience in a professional environment with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills. You will be a proactive individual with the ability to manage competing deadlines and work in a fast paced dynamic environment.
What does the role look like
- Provide exceptional administrative and project coordination support
- Collate data and generate reports to provide key metrics and insights
- Update and maintain pricing databases and systems
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor pricing performance weekly and communicate updates.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a PA or similar role
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and IT literacy
- Draft submit and maintain relevant documentation
- Generate relevant reports as required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take on responsibility work autonomously and be a team player
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.

- Transparent tiered salary range of $76800 $84300 including Superannuation
