Job Description
A thrilling opportunity for an Executive Manager (Produce) has become available within our National Buying department of ALDI stores based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent fulltime position.
In this pivotal role you will join a team that is at the heart of what makes ALDI unique: our products. As part of the Buying team you will be involved in the journey of our products from conception to our store shelves.
What does the role involve
- Manage a team and contribute to their professional development
- Weekly cost and supply negotiations with business partners
- Management of the product tender process critical path administration catalogue etc.
- Support the Buying Director as required with the negotiation of fixed tender costs recommendation on product selection specifications market and competitor analysis reporting and relevant price recommendations
- Operational of category strategy and management of business partner relationships
- Manage relevant projects and participate in committee work as required

Qualifications :
- Proven experience within a similar role and industry with leadership experience highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning implementing and managing projects for new processes and contracts

- A clear impactful communicator who informs inspires motivates and influences others to drive team success.

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $159 000 $208 000 including Superannuation.
