Job Description

This role is suited to someone with experience in commercial workplace interior design who thrives in a fastpaced environment balancing bid coordination with strategic business development activities.

As the Business Development and Bid Coordinator you will:

  • Drive Pursuits: Coordinate and deliver highquality creative submissions and presentations that align with Hassells brand and resonate with clients.
  • Engage Strategically: Partner with Principals and Sector Leaders to proactively manage the pipeline track leads and strengthen client and collaborator relationships.
  • Research and Plan: Conduct market analysis identify opportunities and contribute to pursuit planning and decisionmaking.
  • Showcase Our Expertise: Leverage research thought leadership and client engagement activities to highlight Hassells insights and work.

This role is suited to someone with experience in commercial property and workplace interior design or architecture who thrives in a fastpaced environment balancing bid coordination with strategic business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Principals Portfolio Leaders and the Business Development Manager to achieve win targets and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Manage and deliver creative highquality bid submissions and presentations coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and collaborators supporting engagement through thought leadership events and site tours.
  • Conduct strategic research to identify target clients and market opportunities guiding pursuit decisions.
  • Use tools like Salesforce and Monday to manage data track pursuits and monitor performance.
  • Support global reporting and prepare marketing collateral including presentations CVs and project sheets.

Qualifications :

 

  • Relevant industry experience (Interior Design Commercial workplaces Property Development is desirable)
  • Highlevel expertise in digital technology to execute design ideas.
  • Strategic research skills and a good knowledge of the main players in the sector.
  • Business Development on a fastpaced environment.
  • Coordinating bid and pursuit process aligned to work winning strategies.
  • Proficiency in producing highquality submissions and presentations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign).
  • Sound proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
