We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Learning & Organisational Development Business Partner to join our team working across the MedHealth Personal Injury brands. In this varied role you will partner with business leaders to design and implement innovative learning and organisational development initiatives that drive performance improve capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute comprehensive L&D strategies aligned with business objectives and broader organisational goals
- Design implement and evaluate highimpact training programs and learning interventions
- Lead organisational development initiatives including leadership development programs talent management and succession planning
- Conduct needs assessments and utilise datadriven insights to inform L&D strategies and measure program effectiveness
- Support the GM P&C with oversight of the divisional L&D budget ensuring improved return on investment
- Facilitate workshops training sessions and leadership development programs
- Partner with P&C Managers and Business Partners to integrate L&D initiatives with broader talent management strategies
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and organizational development
- Provide coaching and mentoring to an L&OD Advisor
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Psychology or related field
- 5 years of experience in learning and organizational development with a proven track record in a senior L&D role
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and current L&D trends
- Ability to pivot between strategic thinking and operational delivery
- Expertise in organizational development methodologies and change management practices
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement successful learning and development initiatives
- Proficiency in performance management systems and talent management strategies
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills to measure and communicate program effectiveness
- Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with learning management systems and other HR technologies
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strategic thinker with a passion for driving organizational performance through people development
