Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving the growth of the companys enterprise client base by identifying developing and closing highvalue sales opportunities. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing complex deals. A key focus will be expanding revenue opportunities and becoming a trusted advisor to clients. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Prospect pitch and sell Appcast Solutions to direct employers.  
  • Qualify inbound leads.  
  • Develop and close sales opportunities.  
  • Conduct online product demonstrations.  
  • Use both traditional and electronic communication tools to contact prospective customers.  
  • Achieve sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.  
  • Accurately log all sales activity in a CRM (Salesforce)  
  • Use natural curiosity communication skills and drive to improve your sales performance.  

Qualifications :

  • Hunter mentality for prospecting and closing sales. 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.  
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve.  
  • Detail oriented with a strong desire to get things done accurately efficiently and timely.  
  • Datadriven and solution oriented.  
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.  
  • Selfmotivated driven and has a gogetter attitude.  

Education and Experience

  • 3 years of experience selling software in an Enterprise environment preferably in an HR Tech or Talent Acquisition space. 
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. 
  • Bachelors Degree is a strong asset. 

Travel Requirements 

  • Travel requirements for the position will be approximately 25. This will include attending internal and external meetings however this may vary based on business needs and opportunities.
