Job Description

Are you eager to excel in the field of talent acquisition We at Future Group are looking for an enthusiastic Interpretation Talent Acquisition Coordinator to supportthe Talent Acquisition team by managing administrative tasks related to the recruitment process. This role involves maintaining recruitment databases handling candidate communications ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process and Onboarding. The TA Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the TA team to achieve its hiring goals and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and acquiring top talent for interpretation roles aligning with company needs and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand specific interpretation role requirements.
  • Screen and evaluate suitable candidates ensuring they meet the necessary language and technical qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Update and manage interpretation job postings across different platforms and databases.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to streamline the recruitment process effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Efficiency in time management and task prioritisation.
  • Strong customer focus with a dedication to improving candidate experience.
  • Excellent teamwork capabilities with a cooperative approach to working with multiple departments.
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal in English.
  • Experience with technical tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possession of a degree in Human Resources Translation Studies or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English at the C1 level or equivalent is essential.
  • Background experience in a recruitment or HR support role is highly advantageous.
Working Environment and Conditions
  • Location: Hybrid setup with 2 days from the office in Maadi.
  • Working Hours: 4 PM to 1 AM.
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday.
