Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiasticRegional Talent Acquisition Specialistwith extensive experience in mass hiring to join our growing team. This position offers the flexibility of working in a hybrid environment allowing you to balance office presence with remote work.

Drive Talent Acquisition in Your Region

As a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play an integral role in managing and executing our talent acquisition strategies across your assigned region. You will leverage your skills to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process supporting our goal to attract toptier talent who will thrive in our company culture.

Your Responsibilities

Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:

  • Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards social media and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.

Screening and Interviewing:

  • Review and Assess resumes against job requirements and criteria.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews

ٍSending Offers and Onboarding

  • Send job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience:At least 6 months of Mass Hiringexperience is aMUST.
  • Time Management:Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Customer Focus:A proactive approach to understanding and meeting client needs in the recruitment process.
  • Teamwork:Proven experience working collaboratively within dynamic crossfunctional teams.
  • Communication Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Experience:Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • English Proficiency:Fluent inEnglish as itsessential for clear communication and documentation.

Working conditions:

  1. Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days from homeMonday: friday.
  2. Location: Maadi
