About the Role
Were excited to welcome two enthusiastic Process Workers to our team at our Blacktown manufacturing site. These handson roles are within our Coil Shop area. The positions are permanent fulltime with hours from Monday to Thursday 6am to 2.30pm and Fridays from 6am to 12pm.
Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Supervisor you will:
- Fit and braze metal components
- Measure mark dimensions and lay out materials
- Check and pressure test coil circuits
- Locate and repair faults
- Maintain accurate records
- Follow job sheets and engineering drawings
- Identify coil circuiting and critical dimensions
- Demonstrate and follow safe work practices
- Assist with other assembly functions on the line as needed

Qualifications :
What Youll Bring to the Role:
- Experience fitting and brazing metal components understanding coil circuit diagrams and having a background in fabrication (cutting and forming sheet materials).
- Previous manufacturing experience with a strong focus on safe work practices.
- Familiarity with power tools brazing experience and mechanical knowledge.
- Experience in the HVAC industry is highly desirable.
