Are you an energetic individual with a passion for handson work Do you thrive in a team setting and have an eye for detail If so we have the perfect opportunity for you! At our Blacktown manufacturing site were seeking enthusiastic Process Workers to help create topquality HVAC units.
Whats in it for you
- Permanent FullTime Role: Work from Monday to Thursday 6am to 2:30pm and Fridays 6am to 12pm. Enjoy your afternoons and weekends!
- Team Environment: Be a key player in our Assembly Lines collaborating with talented individuals and reporting to a supportive Supervisor.
Your DaytoDay:
- Cut and install insulation on panels assemble panels into chassis subframes and fit components onto bases.
- Fit fan assemblies tubing HP & LP switches and sensor pockets.
- Measure mark dimensions and lay out materials with precision.
- Locate and repair faults maintaining high standards of quality.
- Keep accurate records and follow job sheets and engineering drawings.
- Demonstrate and follow safe work practices at all times.
- Assist with other assembly functions as needed.

Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- Basic knowledge of handling hand tools
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and dimensions.
- Strong understanding of safe work practices is essential
- Experience in the HVAC industry is highly desirable.
- Priority will be given to candidates with an Australian drivers license reliable transport and work eligibility
