Job Description
We are looking for 4 permanent fulltime Warehouse Operators at our Blacktown site operating between the hours of 7:00am to 4:30pm with the advantage of having a shorter day on Fridays between 7am 2pm. As a Warehouse Operator youll report to the Warehouse Team Leaders and play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient receipt storage and dispatch of materials goods and products to meet business operations and customer demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly process distribution orders/requests including pick packing shipping and stock management
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with WHS standards
- Unload containers and liaise with customers
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load unload move stack and arrange merchandise
- Perform manual handling tasks
- Participate in cycle counts and stock takes as needed

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have:
- Valid Forklift License
- 2 years experience in Counterbalance and High Reach
- Strong safety mindset and understanding of health and safety requirements
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Accuracy methodical work approach and good numeracy
- IT skills and ability to complete paperwork and count stock items
- Understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Dangerous Goods Handling
- Flexibility in duties and awareness of customer deliverables and quality impact
- Attention to detail
- Can do attitude
