Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Commercial Manager to lead Vic Lm Tts commercial team to strengthen our current market as well as unlock new potential segments. In this role you will be responsible for growing a competent and motivating commercial team defining the commercial strategy to unlock the new segment effectively and enabling smooth to deliver high growing business impact. The role is based in HCMC reporting to Chotots COO. 

Responsibility

  • Work closely with the Business Manager and Head of Department to develop overall Vic Lm Tts annual business planning while taking full responsibility for the operational and financial performance of the commercial team.

  • Lead commercial strategy which well synergises with overall Vic Lm Tts mission effectively translate the strategy and planning to smooth and deliver great business results.

  • Grow the current commercial team of 20 members to a high performing team delivering impactful business results with clear measurable input and output metrics.

  • Foster a culture of userfocused and integrity in the commercial team through continuous mentoring feedback and metrics.

  • Champion users voice of the clients and contribute useful user insights for business and product teams to develop product solutions  marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.

  • Actively explore new opportunities to acquire new critical clients and broaden market insights to contribute to overall business growth of Vic Lm Tt. 


Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Business Development/ Commercial/Sales with a proven track record of developing effective commercial strategy building high performing teams and delivering ambitious business results.

  • Good logical thinking strong analytical and problem solving skills with an openminded approach.

  • Great work ethic can do attitude and userfocused mindset. 

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills experienced stakeholder management. 

  • Experience in digital products/platforms is a plus advantage.
