Your Role:
- Work with the Head of Commercial and other key stakeholders on the development implementation and maintenance of ADSL commercial policies processes and procedures.
- Act as a commercial focal point across the business providing commercial support in daytoday activities to include but not limited to providing contractual interpretation and guidance.
- Identify of potential liabilities risks opportunities issues and disputes arising with customers suppliers partners and third parties and produce innovative mitigation plans.
- Take the lead in pricing Authority change requests including reviewing scope and pricing documentation identifying risk and opportunity and preparing submissions prior to internal governance.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with nonoperational aspects of the contract including the issuing of notices to the Authority and Project Co in a timely manner.
- Provide regular reports to the Head of Commercial and other key stakeholders as required.
What Were Looking For:
- Qualifications: To have a degree in a relevant discipline and a postgraduate qualification in a related field.
- Experience: A background in facilities management / services / PFI/PPP or similar contracts (preferably Defence). Have extensive commercial experience on a PFI/PPP contract or similar. Experience of developing and delivering commercial policies and processes. With the ability to identify and manage nonoperational contract obligations.
- Skills: To possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Capable of planning and prioritising activities ensuring they are completed in a timely manner. Proficient in using Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel. Demonstrated ability to understand complex services businesses and their relevant commercial and financial drivers. Able to conduct research projects analyse results and present them in a concise insightful and intelligent format.
- Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
