Your expertise in B2B sales processes will be key to our success. In your daytoday you will:
Design and implement a sales enablement strategy that aligns with business and revenue goals
Collaborate with marketing to create and manage effective sales content and resources
Develop and deliver training programs for sales team onboarding and skill enhancement
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement
Foster collaboration between sales marketing and product teams to ensure strategic alignment
Qualifications :
3 years of experience in sales sales enablement or a related B2B role
Proficient with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot and sales enablement tools
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights
Leadership and project management experience
