Collateral Design & Development: Design premium visually appealing sales and marketing
materials such as presentations brochures whitepapers infographics digital advertising
email design and case studies that meet the requirements of the team and adhere to brand
standards.
Sales Enablement Materials & Resources: Collaborate with sales teams to create and
enhance resources that facilitate sales efforts including playbooks ebooks training guides
presentation decks and proposal templates aimed at streamlining the sales process and
enhancing communication with clients.
Brand Cohesion: Maintain uniformity across all sales and marketing materials in alignment
with the company’s brand identity and messaging while tailoring designs for different
formats and channels.
Data Visualization: Convert intricate data and analytics into visually appealing
straightforward and engaging infographics and dashboards that support the sales process and
enhance client presentations.
Collaboration & Consultation: Work alongside sales and marketing teams to grasp business
goals and develop visual solutions that clearly convey essential messages to various target
audiences. Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to enrich written
materials with design features that improve clarity and effectiveness.
Content Development: Create and develop approximately 8 – 10 presentations 20 – 30
slides in length in a month.
Design Consultation: Offer continuous design advisory services delivering insights on
industry best practices current visual trends and innovative solutions to enhance sales
enablement materials.
Tailoring & Personalization: Modify existing templates and designs to align with particular
sales situations customer requirements or regional market characteristics.
Incorporating Feedback: Gather input from (Client) sales personnel management and
stakeholders to consistently refine design assets and ensure they address the changing
demands of the sales team.
Project Oversight: Oversee various design initiatives prioritize responsibilities and adhere
to deadlines while upholding exceptional design standards. Establish intake process conduct
handoff meetings with presentation requestors facilitate review and revision round set timing
expectations and balance workload
Reports: Provide a weekly report to the LiveRamp leadership with highlevel status of
workload and presentation requests in progress.
Skills & Tools
Software Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop Illustrator
InDesign) PowerPoint Google Slides and various design and presentation tools such as
Figma and Canva.
Design Portfolio: A robust portfolio that highlights design skills across multiple formats
especially in business and sales enablement scenarios including sales presentations pitch
decks and infographics.
Communication Abilities: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills capable of
interpreting and converting complex information into clear and compelling visual
representations.
Detail Orientation: Strong focus on detail with a discerning eye for design elements
typography and overall consistency.
Innovative Thinking: Skilled in strategic and creative thinking to produce designs that
address challenges and support the objectives of the sales team.
Flexibility: Competent in thriving within a fastpaced environment managing multiple
projects at once and adjusting to shifting priorities.
Collaborative Spirit: Excellent teamwork capabilities with a proven ability to collaborate
across departments and provide effective consultation.
