We seek a dynamic and resultsdriven Field Sales Executive with a strong understanding of basic electrical or electronics concepts to join our sales team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers promoting our power backup solutions UPS systems stabilizers and other electrical/electronics products and closing sales to achieve business targets. You will work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify engage and convert potential clients within the electrical and electronics industry.
  • Provide technical product demonstrations and explain the benefits of our solutions to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their pain points and offering the right solutions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive business development activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product specialists and service engineers to ensure seamless postsales support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and market insights to the management team.
  • Conduct onsite visits to assess customer requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
  • Handle negotiations prepare proposals and follow up to close deals effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 13 years of field sales experience in the electrical/electronics industry preferably selling UPS systems power backup solutions stabilizers or related products.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of power systems voltage current resistance and electrical components.
  • Sales & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical customers.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Ability to build rapport with clients and offer solutions based on their needs.
  • SelfMotivated & TargetDriven: Ability to work independently and achieve sales quotas.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned sales territory.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience selling industrial electrical products UPS systems or power solutions.
  • Knowledge of battery backup solutions data center power management or AMC services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools for tracking leads and sales activities.
