We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in driving our companys growth by identifying new business opportunities nurturing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting cold calling and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree / Diploma in business management or relevant field.
- 12 years of experience in a similar sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Indepth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
