Possess international working experience and speaks very fluent Mandarin and English. Has the ability to adapt to multicultural environment. Being adept both in operation details and administrative work. Has extensive preopening experienced in hospitality field. Talented at interacting and building strong relationship with guests. Possess strong leadership expert in team structuring and result driving. Possess a depth knowledge of fashion & luxury products lifestyle and a keen sense of driving marketing campaign.
- Sales
- Hit sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Assist the line manager to optimize performance metrics and KPIs related to sales revenue and margin.
- Assist the line manager to monitor weekly monthly and annual performance goals that tie to the overall boutique sales plan and coach for results.
- Operation
- Cooperate with operations manager to ensure that the cascade of information to all members of the store team is timely accurate and uses all company systems.
- Ensure compliance with all aspects of the health & safety and product safety policies.
- Ensure compliance with all aspects of the companys audit and operating procedures.
- Customer management
- Lead the store team by your own example in delivering great customer service.
- Communicate clearly courteously and effectively with all customers resolving all concerns and questions satisfactorily.
- Openly recognize great customer service.
- Assist the line manager to ensure CRM in line with the companys requirements.
- Marketing
- Work in cooperation with the line manager and the marketing department to drive programs and events to extend the brand position.
- Assist the line manager to develop merchandising/ product flow plans that support corporate retail initiatives and merchandising standard practices to maximize sales.
- Team management and Training
- Attend company training sessions and meetings when required.
- Assist the line manager to manage the development of all members of the team to enable them to fulfil both their current role and future potential.
- Identify training needs and ensure all training initiatives are successfully implemented.
- Administration & Others
- Prepare monthly reports such as weekly sales update sales evolution report SISO report inventory report competitor reports etc.
- To ensure all documentation is kept accurately neatly and confidentially.
- Attend and participate to sales meetings product seminars trade shows and other meetings as reasonably instructed by the management.
- Keep a presentable and selfmotivated attitude at all times.
Qualifications :
- 8 year boutique management working experience Luxury Industry preferred.
- Positive mindset detail oriented and moving forward thinking in strategy part.
- Proactive has strong commitment with patient logic thinking with good communication skill.
- Solid leadership in terms of coaching training and motivating the team
- Focus on client experience and establishing brand loyalty experienced and innovative in CRM activities;
- Proficient in powerpoint & Excel.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
- Hotel private salon & Club and highend restaurant (Michelin prefer) relevant experience team structuring marketing campaign strategize training management guest satisfaction report analysis staff development.
