You will be responsible to define and achieve the short and longterm client strategy to proactively discover the clients goals and difficulties and to follow the sale process in order to create opportunities in the pipeline. You will be working with stakeholders across Accesa in order to shape the strategic direction of our projects and ensure we continue to meet and exceed our clients expectations.
You will be joining a team of professionals with focus on Manufacturing & Multi Industries formed by Client Partners Delivery Tribe Leads and Business Development responsible. Together with your colleagues you will help Accesa to quickly adapt to market demands inline with our global governance model and to create a better match between our solutions and the needs of our clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
Client Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive client strategic plans that encompass a thorough understanding of each clients business challenges and growth opportunities. Regularly review and update these plans find expand and extend opportunities to increase the revenue generated with the customer providing status reports during Accountrelated meetings.
Revenue Target Achievement: Take ownership of revenue targets for the accounts under your management. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of services meets the calculated profitability margin while focusing on client satisfaction.
Client Delivery Status: Coordinate with customerdedicated delivery tribes to ensure smooth project delivery kickoffs. Offer valuable recommendations feedback and initiatives to optimize client project outcomes.
Customer Satisfaction: Collect and prioritize customer satisfaction by managing internal relationships and ensuring the fulfillment of contractual promises. Strive to exceed customer expectations and address any concerns promptly.
Sales Process and Proposal Management: Participate in the sales process and collaborate with Sales Presales and Delivery to shape proposals aligning them with client strategies and requirements.
Short and LongTerm Client Strategy: Define and execute shortterm and longterm strategies to identify and proactively address client goals and challenges. Cultivate opportunities within the pipeline to foster future growth.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to influence the strategic direction of projects and align them with client expectations. Collaborate with the Accesa team to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
