ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written to interact effectively with employees and management.
• Demonstrate strong drafting skills for preparing HRrelated documentation such as memos policies and reports.
• Have handson experience in managing employee welfare programs and ensuring employee wellbeing.
• Ensure effective implementation of performance appraisal processes.
• Coordinate the exit process handling employee resignations and confirmation.
• Assist in the disciplinary action process as required.
