Job Title: Sr. Executive Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manpower Planning
o Analyze current and future workforce requirements.
o Collaborate with departmental heads to forecast staffing needs and develop hiring
plans.
o Ensure alignment of manpower planning with organizational goals.
2. Recruitment
o Ensure endtoend recruitment processes including sourcing screening
interviewing and onboarding.
o Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various channels.
o Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and diversity hiring standards.
3. Employee Issues Redressal
o Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances and concerns.
o Investigate and resolve issues in a timely and confidential manner.
o Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication.
4. Employee Satisfaction Survey
o Design and conduct quarterly and annual employee satisfaction surveys.
o Analyze survey results to identify areas for improvement.
o Develop action plans to enhance the working environment and employee
engagement.
5. Employee Attrition
o Monitor and analyze attrition rates and trends.
o Identify root causes of employee turnover and implement retention strategies.
o Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
6. Training and Development
o Assess training needs and develop programs to address skill gaps.
o Organize and monitor training sessions workshops and seminars.
o Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and track employee progress.
7. Employee Motivation
o Implement initiatives to boost employee morale and motivation.
o Monitor and reward employee achievements and contributions.
o Promote worklife balance and wellness programs.
8. Organizational Culture
o Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
o Drive initiatives that reflect company values and promote teamwork.
o Regularly review and enhance cultural practices to align with company vision.
Qualifications and Skills:
Masters degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
7 8 years of experience in HR preferably in Manufacturing industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
