Job Description
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies and organizational development initiatives.
- Support performance management employee engagement and training programs.
- Collaborate with management to improve HR strategies and workplace culture.
- Handle employee relations conflict resolution and HR reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum 35 years of experience in recruitment organizational development and HR management.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Fair to communicable English skills.
- Excellent interpersonal problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment.
