The HR Executive/Generalist for Thailand will support the HR team by handling endtoend HR operations including recruitment payroll employee relations and compliance with Thai labor laws. The role focuses on ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in HR operations and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills with a deep understanding of HR practices in Thailand.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. HR Operations Payroll & Compliance
- Manage daily HR operations including employee records benefits administration and payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labour laws and statutory requirements such as social security health insurance and taxes.
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee records.
2. Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Support recruitment efforts by managing job postings screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Assist in workforce planning by identifying staffing needs and gaps.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee inquiries related to HR policies benefits and payroll.
- Support managers with performance reviews employee development plans and addressing employee concerns.
- Coordinate with HR Manager for employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture and improve employee satisfaction.
