We are seeking a passionate dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and help build lasting relationships with local accounts while driving revenue growth for the hotels we represent.
Position Summary:
This professional will be responsible for optimizing hotel operational processes through data analysis and business intelligence with a primary focus on providing direct support to the Vice President of Operations. The role combines information analysis for strategic decisionmaking with administrative coordination and support to ensure the smooth of operations and critical projects.
Reporting Line and Internal Relationships:
Reports to:
Vice President of Operations.
Collaborates with:
Marketing experience finance human resources and technology teams.
Operational areas such as front desk housekeeping maintenance and food & beverage.
Key Responsibilities:
Support to the Vice President of Operations:
Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Vice President including agenda management meeting coordination and followup on commitments.
Prepare documentation presentations and special reports for strategic meetings.
Facilitate communication between the Vice President and various operational departments ensuring the effective implementation of initiatives and projects.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect process and analyze hotel operational data (occupancy revenue costs service indicators etc..
Develop dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools (Power BI Tableau etc. to support strategic decisionmaking.
Operations Optimization:
Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes through data analysis and propose corrective actions.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in implementing strategies aimed at efficiency and continuous improvement.
Strategic Project Management:
Coordinate and track operational improvement projects ensuring compliance with deadlines and established objectives.
Collaborate with different departments to implement initiatives that maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Implementation of Business Intelligence Solutions:
Assess and implement new technological tools and BI systems to enhance data visualization and analysis.
Train team members in the use of these tools and the correct interpretation of information.
Requirements and Competencies:
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Tourism Industrial Engineering Economics or related fields.
Proven experience in hotel operations data analysis and/or executive assistant roles in dynamic environments.
Technical Knowledge:
Advanced proficiency in BI tools (Power BI Tableau QlikView etc. and data analysis.
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS CRS etc. and booking platforms.
Personal Skills and Competencies:
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills essential for coordinating executivelevel agendas and meetings.
Proactiveness critical thinking and resultsoriented mindset.
Ability to work in teams and under pressure in dynamic environments.
