Job Summary:
We are seeking an Intermediate Technician to manage cloud support IT infrastructure and customer environments. The ideal candidate will address technical issues deliver projects and ensure system reliability. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage cloud support and IT infrastructure for Microsoft 365 Azure and AWS.
- Provide hardware support as needed and resolve technical issues.
- Respond to and resolve customer support tickets efficiently.
- Triage calls to assess and prioritize issues.
- Proactive monitoring of customer environments.
- Set up and configure computer hardware software systems networks printers and scanners to ensure seamless operation.
- Perform regular maintenance and promptly address issues related to hardware software and network systems to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support to staff resolving systemrelated problems and offering training on new systems and software applications.
- Continuously monitor system performance implementing necessary upgrades or repairs to maintain efficiency and security.
- Maintain accurate records of system configurations maintenance activities and support requests to ensure compliance and facilitate future troubleshooting.
- Fulfill other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- At least 5yrs experience as Intermediate Technician/Systems Support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Azure AWS monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
- Proficiency in operating systems network configurations and common software applications is essential.
- Relevant commercial experience in systems maintenance and support.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to assist users effectively and document processes.
- Experience with Ninja Halopsa Huntress and CrosswareX is a plus.
- An associates degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field is typically required.
- Certifications MS900 MD102 MS102 AZ900 AZ104 CompTIA A ITIL Foundation Certification CCNA MCSE / MCSA or Equivalent Certifications.

Requirements/Skills Needed: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is preferred yet not required. Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer Familiarity with Cisco, Meraki and Ubiquity Industry certifications are not essential, but experience and track record is very important Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures. Substantial background in Network Administration and Cloud Services (preferably in Azure) Professional work experience in team building and project managing. Strong Business Acumen: adaptive to change, can think on their feet, and comes with great initiative in making sure that the role is contributary to both the company as a whole and to the individual Advanced education and application of business analysis techniques and strategy. Professional experience and a high-level understanding of working with various operating systems and their implications. Ability to work together with teams from several departments to facilitate the orderly of a proposed project plan.
