A leading medical device company seeks a Systems and IT Support Technician to join their Shared Services Department in Pretoria. This role maintains and supports IT and CRM systems ensures optimal functionality and provides internal technical support with occasional clientfacing interactions.
Requirements
Education:
- Matric
- A N or equivalent technical qualification
- MCSE or similar certification
Experience:
1 to 3 years in IT support covering:
- Hardware and software troubleshooting (Windows Mac OS Office 365)
- Network services (DNS SMTP DHCP)
- Cloud service support
- Printer Troubleshooting
- Remote desktop support
Desirable Skills:
- Salesforce administration
- Data analytics setup and interpretation
Key Responsibilities
- IT Administration: Manage software licenses IT assets GSuite Slack VOIP phones Twilio and system performance reporting.
- Salesforce Administration: Assign and manage licenses user configurations and system troubleshooting.
- Desktop and Hardware Support: Install configure and maintain software/hardware manage IT support tickets and oversee compliance.
- Network Administration: Maintain internal networks internet connectivity access management and supplier relationships.
- QMS Compliance: Ensure adherence to ITrelated security and quality management processes.
R16 000 to R18 000 (13th cheque 3.5% pension fund and risk benefit)
