We are looking for a Travel Support Manager to play a key role in crafting unforgettable guest experiences.
As the Travel Support Manager you will work closely with clients to design bespoke travel itineraries from peaceful retreats to adventurous escapes ensuring that each detail is expertly managed. You will serve as the main point of contact ensuring smooth operations and personalized experiences from arrival to departure. Your mission is to deliver exceptional service and create lasting memories for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate travel accommodations and tailored itineraries for clients
- Research destinations services and activities to create customized experiences
- Organize transportation and handle all necessary travel documentation
- Advise clients on relevant procedures local customs and regulations
- Address any issues that arise before during or after travel
- Sell travel packages and enhance the customer experience
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Tertiary qualification in Hospitality and Tourism (preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience in travel or tourismrelated organizations
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons
- Diverse travel experience and/or relevant certification in the hospitality industry
- Fluency in multiple languages
- At least 2 years of experience using Opera software
