Tasks
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues ensuring minimal downtime for endusers.
- Install configure and maintain computer systems and networks in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless operation and integration of new technologies and practices.
- Conduct regular system updates backups and security checks to safeguard data integrity and availability.
- Document and track issues solutions and technical procedures to enhance knowledge sharing and improve future support processes.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support with a strong understanding of hardware software and networking.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users effectively.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively in diverse teams demonstrating accountability and a commitment to delivering superior customer service.
