We are seeking a dynamic and selfdriven Product Owner to oversee the development and delivery of our backoffice products ensuring that the team is aligned and accountable for timelines and priorities. The ideal candidate will have strong product ownership skills with an understanding of the product lifecycle and development process. This role requires an individual who can drive product specifications work closely with the development team and ensure that products are delivered as per requirements and deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership & Development:
Own the entire product lifecycle for backoffice products front consumer facing products including specification wireframing and user experience design.
Scope out new product features and enhancements providing clear briefs and wireframes for development.
Act as the primary contact for understanding product requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for the development team.
Backlog Management:
Own the product backlog prioritize features based on business goals and collaborate with directors to ensure alignment with company priorities.
Ensure the development team has a clear understanding of tasks and timelines.
Development Oversight & Accountability:
Work with the development team to ensure that tasks are being completed on time and according to the agreedupon scope.
Hold weekly prioritization meetings with directors to ensure alignment on deliverables and project timelines.
Facilitate communication between the development team and directors to ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and any changes to priorities.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with the development team to assess timelines for each feature and hold them accountable for delivery deadlines.
Manage multiple ongoing projects and ensure visibility into the status of all initiatives.
Assist in identifying potential bottlenecks and work to resolve issues that may delay product delivery.
Stakeholder Management:
Interface with key stakeholders including directors merchants and other departments to gather requirements and manage expectations.
Support the team in adjusting project priorities based on business needs and stakeholder feedback.
