Job Description
Key Insights
- Oversee the full tender process from initial invitation through to final award ensuring coordination across all phases with technical leads to ensure the completion of bid deliverables.
- Collaborate with regional leaders and stakeholders to embed a winning strategy and foster a commitment to excellence in all tender submissions.
- Coordinate and refine technical contributions crafting detailed methodologies alongside specialist teams to enhance bid quality.
- Lead the creation and refinement of all tender documentation including Expressions of Interest (EOI) PreQualification Questionnaires (PQQ) and final submissions ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Work closely with the business development team to consolidate essential data and documentation streamlining the bid preparation process.
- Manage and enhance tender materials and resources adopting a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Champion the companys brand and values ensuring they are prominently represented in all tender activities and communications.
- Promote the brand and way of working in everything we do.
Essential Expertise
- Proven background in bid administration business development or related fields.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a track record of managing complex projects efficiently.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with experience in utilising client management systems effectively.
- Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within dynamic team settings.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal ensuring clear and persuasive bid submissions.
- Knowledge of the Middle East region is beneficial providing valuable insights into regional market dynamics.
