Job Description
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather information and insights for bid responses.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all proposal elements.
- Coordinate and manage the bid submission process adhering to deadlines.
- Develop clear concise and compelling written content for proposals ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible and persuasive language for nontechnical stakeholders.
- Utilize graphic design capabilities to enhance the visual appeal of proposals and presentations.
- Design and create engaging visuals infographics and layouts to complement technical content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to incorporate technical details into visually appealing presentations.
- Design and create presentations that effectively communicate technical solutions to clients.
- Maintain a comprehensive repository of bid content ensuring consistency and accuracy in all communications.
- Continuously improve and update proposal templates incorporating design best practices.
- Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to understand client needs and tailor proposals to address specific requirements.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations conveying technical information with confidence and clarity.
- Conduct thorough reviews of all proposal and presentation materials to ensure accuracy completeness and compliance with client specifications.
Qualifications :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with expertise in using PowerPoint.
- Proven experience in bid coordination technical writing and graphic design.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into clear clientfocused language.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
- Minimum 35 years of experience in bid coordination proposal management or a similar role preferably within the technology sector.
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
- Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
