Job Title: Country Manager Singapore

The Group is a pioneering financial technology firm aiming to redefine global finance through innovative onchain solutions. As we prepare to establish our global footprint with Singapore as a strategic hub we are seeking a dedicated Country Manager to spearhead our operational and partnership initiatives in the region.
Role Overview: The Country Manager will be pivotal in establishing the Groups presence in Singapore focusing on operational excellence and strategic partnership management. This role is ideal for someone with a robust background in fintech operations and a strong network within Singapores financial and technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations ensuring alignment with global strategies and compliance with local regulations.
Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners financial institutions and regulatory bodies to enhance business growth and market penetration.
Market Insights: Provide insightful market feedback to the global strategy team to tailor products and services to local needs and opportunities.
Brand Representation: Act as the face of the Group in Singapore representing the company at key events conferences and seminars.
Team Management: Build and manage a local team to execute the operational tasks and support business growth effectively.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all business operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and report to the global headquarters on market performance and operational issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field. Masters degree or MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services or fintech with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of successful stakeholder management and team leadership.
Strong understanding of the Singapore financial market and regulatory environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and navigate complex environments.
