Job Summary: As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at CEPRES you will be a critical member of our sales team responsible for identifying qualifying and generating new business opportunities in the Private Markets industry. You will collaborate with senior sales managers to drive the pipeline and deliver CEPRESs value proposition to potential clients including private equity firms asset managers institutional investors and other financial professionals.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Prospect new business opportunities and create an initial pipeline of qualified leads through research cold calling and outreach.
- Market Research: Continuously research and monitor trends in the Private Markets industry focusing on emerging investment opportunities and identifying potential target clients.
- Outreach & Networking: Build relationships with seniorlevel decisionmakers investors and industry professionals through emails calls and social media outreach (LinkedIn etc.).
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Being Mentored and working closely with senior sales and business development executives to align on lead conversion strategies and ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to client acquisition.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads in the CRM system ensuring that all communication meetings and followups are documented and updated.
- Client Meetings: Schedule and facilitate initial meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and introduce CEPRES Private Markets solutions.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales activities conversion rates and feedback to ensure continuous improvement in business development processes.
- Industry Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the Private Markets landscape including key players products and services to effectively communicate with prospects and clients.
Requirements
- 03 years of experience in business development sales or lead generation preferably within the financial services Private Markets sectors or Internships within Financial Services Investment Banking or Private Equity firms.
- Good understanding of Private Markets including private equity venture capital private debt real estate or related investment classes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and investors.
Ability to identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive research and outreach. - Selfmotivated targetdriven and resultsoriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge or some experience with CRM tools (Zoho HubSpot etc.) and other sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo etc.) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor s degree is preferred but not required.
