Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent to meet the companys workforce needs. This role involves developing hiring strategies managing the recruitment process and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in HR Recruitment and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills with a deep understanding of HR practices in Thailand.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
      Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards social media and networking.
      Screen and shortlist candidates through resume reviews interviews and assessments.
      Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
  2. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
      Enhance employer branding through social media job fairs and university partnerships.
      Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  3. Collaboration
      Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring needs.
      Provide regular recruitment updates.
  4. Process Improvement & Compliance
      Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
      Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and labor regulations.
