Job Description
This is a Finance Manager role with a property management company located at Kuala Lumpur City Centre. We are looking for a candidate who has experience in financial reporting and has at least 3 years of experience in a Managerial role.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial analysis prepare periodic dashboard financial statements business activity reports and financial forecasts
- Ensure that the organizations financial records and record keeping methods are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations
- Manage employees and contractors who are responsible for financial reporting and budgeting
- Periodically review the organizations financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction
- Analyze data and advise top management on how to maximize profits
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth/expansion
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field ACCA or related professional certification is preferred
- At least three (3) years experience as a Finance/ Accounts Manager is preferred with proven success in leading a team
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills
- Experience in using Accounting software system is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
Remuneration
- Up to RM 6000
