Job Description:
Handle the annual budgets.
Prepare the cash flow forecast and monitor actual cash flow.
Liaise with the Auditors parties on time for necessary filing.
Collaborate with departments for the financial performance and identify for the improvement.
Manage all the financial and statutory accounting for entity assigned.
Prepare WIP and provide recommendation on projects.
Compute key financial indicators.
Involved in system implementation projects.
Requirement:
MUST possess Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Construction industry.
Proficient in SAP & MS Office.
Well versed in English and Mandarin.
