Finance and Accounting
Work collaboratively as a team member to:
- Assist with the Transfer Pricing exercise.
- Contribute to the GST Review process.
- Periodically evaluate tax implications of management decisions across business units.
- Provide detailed financial analyses to support business decisionmaking.
- Assist with finance and reporting requirements mandated by Bursa or other relevant regulatory authorities.
Business Plan / Financial Budget
- Develop a solid understanding of the principles involved in creating Feasibility Studies.
- Evaluate the practicality and accuracy of operating expenses and capital budgets.
- Examine and ensure alignment of business plans with broader Corporate Strategies.
- Conduct periodic reviews to compare actual financial performance with budgeted targets.
- Analyse financial data interpret results and compare them against the business plan.
- Facilitate budgeting and business planning sessions with relevant teams to set realistic and attainable goals ensuring the accuracy of cash flow projections.
- Oversee the preparation of the companys financial budget.
- Review and assess the feasibility of timelines project milestones costs and pricing assumptions used in the financial budgeting process.
Corporate Exercises and Special Assignments
- Contribute to corporate initiatives such as land acquisitions and new business ventures.
- Prepare financial simulations and statements for proposed business ventures.
- Assist in structuring and launching various proposed business initiatives.
Treasury Functions & Group Borrowings
- Monitor and optimize funds management for efficiency.
- Collaborate with lenders regarding current and future borrowings.
- Provide required financial documentation including cash flow projections to facilitate financial facility applications.
- Develop update and maintain accurate documentation to streamline the application and modification processes for financial facilities.
- Support capitalraising efforts and funding exercises to ensure the growth and sustainability of business units and new ventures.
Requirements
- At least Bachelor s degree / Professional Qualification in Accounting Finance or equivalent such as ACCA MIA CPA ICAEW & etc.
- Minimum 45 years of relevant working experience combined accounting and financing experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with excellent interpersonal abilities for effective interaction at all levels of personnel.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively demonstrating strong leadership abilities.

- Proficient in financial software and MS Office applications.
