Job Description

Job Description:

  1. Payroll Management ( Monthly Payroll recording Provisioning of Fringe benefits Bank reconciliation Exgratia AIP SIP CSIP Vacation pay True up )

  2. PF GF Statutory Accounts preparation Audit Ensuring Meetings are held on time

  3. Facilitating the Internal External audit

  4. SOX documents collections and corroborations of evidence

  5. Balance Sheet Review activities: Accrued others Prepaid Payroll heads

  6. Provide input for  FDI Reporting

  7. DPO and AP Management

  8. Managing Accounts Payable with Stakeholders and Suppliers

  9. Leading the Invoice processing and payment team

  10. Provide inputs to Flux analysis

  11. Checking NonPO invoices and Memos

  12. Reviewing the legal documents of vendors while enlistment and approving the final enlistment

  13. Setting up the processes (SOP) with ACCN if any changes in the process needed

  14. Supporting TAX/VAT team (VAT return review GLs review WHT payment deposition) during transition

  15. Providing inputs for Wschedule for Tax purposes

  16. Reviewing Invoice Register

  17. Review of Open POs and Closure followups to Procurement

  18. Balance Confirmation of suppliers (Key Supplier Validation & Reconciliation)


Qualifications :

  • Accounting with Certificate in Professional Accountancy (ACA/ACMA/ ACCA)

  • 57 years of experience in Finance. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a medium to large size manufacturing company

  • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to articulate and present complex concepts in a straightforward manner

  • Experience and knowledge of financial systems is an advantage (Hyperion Oracle)

  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Experience and knowledge relating to Entire PTP process and supplier/treasury management
