Job Description
The Assistant Finance Manager supports financial operations focusing on reporting budgeting cost control and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports and assist with monthly reviews.
- Help with budgeting forecasting and tracking variances.
- Monitor costs and support expense control.
- Manage cash flow and assist with audits and compliance.
- Supervise junior staff and assist in process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS GAAP).
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry is an advantage.
