Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Business Analysis and Planning. This hybrid role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. The position requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans. Responsibilities Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Oversee the development of detailed project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of business solutions. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decisionmaking. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and validate business requirements. Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and requirements. Ensure that business solutions are aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives. Conduct impact analysis to assess the implications of changes to business processes. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks associated with business analysis and planning activities. Support the development of user acceptance testing (UAT) plans and coordinate UAT activities. Provide training and support to endusers to ensure successful adoption of new business solutions. Continuously improve business analysis processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. |
