Job Description
Candidate must be within 70 miles of Lansing Michigan. NO relocation. Will need to be onsite starting day 1 for hybrid work schedule which is onsite 2 days a week (Wednesdays are mandatory to be onsite. The other onsite day can be flexible.. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION..

- Experience in coordinating and leading multiple technical and business teams with data cleansing and migration efforts within the context of a large software implementation project. 5 years
- Experience documenting data cleansing and migration plans and explaining such plans to technical teams business teams and vendors. 5 years
- Experience working with information technology teams while implementing new processes involving new software. 3 years
- Experience using enterprise data cleansing and migration tools. 5 years
- Experience understanding and creating relational database schema SQL formal descriptions of data data structures and data flow diagrams entity relationship diagrams data dictionaries data dependencies and data relationships. 5 years
- Experience defining and enforce data standards procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity dependability quality and usability through the use of appropriate security verification and data management practices. 5 years
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools and Azure DevOps for documenting data cleansing and migration plans. 4 years
- Expert verbal and written communication with client management technical team project management business management and business staff in English. 8 years
- Experience in identifying data cleansing and migration risks and assisting in the resolution of project issues. 5 years
- Experience using basic SQL with an understanding of the how data migration and reporting tools such as SSRS and SSIS are used. 4 years
