Job Description:
- Understand the client's business needs bring together their requirements.
- Requirement gathering requirement analysis drafting business requirement documents (BRD FRS SRS).
- User story creation participate in different Agile ceremonies (sprint planning daily scrum sprint review & sprint retrospective) using Project management tools (JIRA Confluence etc.. Opportunity identification / discovery / story exploration sessions / product demos
- Should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and planning set and manage priorities ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven management/supervisory skills teamoriented collaborative environment.
- Superior analytical evaluative and problemsolving abilities and comfort with ambiguity.
- Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and nontechnical addressees.
- Should have sound knowledge in troubleshooting issues Gap analysis cost and impact analysis.
- Walkthrough sessions with development / testing team test case review.
- Provide pre and postproduction deployment support.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Minimum of 4 years of IT work experience as a business analyst.
2. BE/B.Tech in Information Technology or Computer Science.
3. IIBA CBAP Certification is a plus.
4. Product passionate guy who works with our clients to give shape to their vision.
5. Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
6. Possess a solid understanding of how enterprise webbased systems & mobile applications are constructed.
