Job Description: Email Marketing Specialist
Location: Manila Philippines (Remote)
Job Type: Parttime (PST hours)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversion.
- Utilize various email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo Mailchimp and Constant Contact to manage campaigns.
- Create design and optimize email templates to enhance user experience and promote brand visibility.
- Conduct A/B testing to assess the effectiveness of email campaigns analyzing results to make datadriven decisions.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage email subscriber lists including segmentation and targeting strategies to enhance campaign performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in email marketing to ensure our strategies are competitive.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in email marketing with a strong understanding of best practices.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 2 years and maximum 10 years of experience in email marketing or a related field.
- Handson experience with email marketing tools such as Klaviyo Mailchimp and Constant Contact.
- Experience in conducting A/B testing and analyzing data to track campaign performance.
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly salary range: $500 $1000 depending on experience and qualifications.
