Job Description
As an Email Campaign and Digital Marketing Assistant you will play a key role in crafting managing and optimizing email campaigns using ActiveCampaign. Working with a Christian organization dedicated to empowering youth and communities you ll create faithdriven newsletters and program updates that inspire hope promote integrity and strengthen meaningful connections with a growing audience.

Your Daily Tasks
- Email Campaigns: Design write and manage engaging email campaigns using ActiveCampaign.
- Christian Content: Incorporate inspirational and scripturebased messages into newsletters.
- Audience Segmentation: Tailor messaging by segmenting email lists (e.g. parents schools supporters community partners).
- Automation & Optimization: Set up and refine automated email workflows to nurture leads and boost engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Track open rates clickthroughs and conversions; provide reports with actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work with the team to ensure email content aligns with organizational goals.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 2 years of handson email marketing experience preferably with ActiveCampaign or similar platforms.
- A portfolio of past email campaigns showcasing strategy execution and optimization.
- Proficiency in ActiveCampaign including automation setup audience segmentation and performance tracking.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools for creating visually appealing email templates.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft engaging faithbased email content.
- Experience in tailoring messages for diverse audiences to maximize engagement.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Understanding and appreciation of Christian values with the ability to reflect them in email content.
- Availability to work 2035 hours per week.
- Preferred: Familiarity with nonprofit educational or Christianfocused organizations.
- Preferred: Passion for building meaningful connections through email marketing.
